    How is Zotasell pricing tier calculated?

    Zotasell plans are structured around store scale and upsell revenue performance.

    Each plan includes:

    • A base monthly subscription

    • A percentage fee on upsell revenue generated through Zotasell

    • A monthly cap on that percentage fee

    For example:
    If your plan includes a 1.5% upsell revenue fee with a $750 cap, you will never pay more than $750 in usage fees that month, no matter how much upsell revenue you generate.

    This ensures pricing stays predictable while still scaling with your store’s performance.

    Is the % fee charged on my total store revenue or only on upsell revenue generated by Zotasell?

    Zotasell charges a percentage fee only on the upsell revenue generated by our app, not on your total store revenue.

    For example, on the Starter plan, Zotasell charges 2% of upsell revenue.
    If your store makes $50,000 in total store revenue, but Zotasell generates $5,000 in upsell revenue, the fee is calculated only on the $5,000, not the full $50,000.

    In that case:
    $5,000 × 2% = $100

    So, Zotasell only shares in the extra revenue our upsell system helps generate.

    What types of upsell campaigns can I run with Zotasell?

    All pricing plans include full access to our AI-powered upsell touchpoints:

    What happens when I reach my plan’s monthly upsell revenue limit?

    Each paid plan includes a monthly upsell revenue range tied to its cap.

    For example, on the Starter plan, the upsell fee is capped at $100/month, which is roughly equivalent to $5,000/month in upsell revenue.

    Once that level is reached, your plan has reached its included AI upsell capacity for that month.

    To continue using Zotasell’s AI-powered upsell recommendations to maximize more upsell revenue, you can move to the next plan.

    If you choose to stay on your current plan, you can still continue using the core features included in that plan, but additional AI upsell recommendation capacity beyond that level will require an upgrade.

    What is Zotasell’s refund policy?

    At Zotasell, we focus on delivering real, measurable results — not empty features. Our platform is designed to help merchants grow sustainably through AI-driven upsells. That’s why our refund policy is tied to your success.

    Zotasell Refund Policy

    • Minimum Usage Requirement: Your store must actively use Zotasell for at least 15 consecutive days (this includes completing the free trial + 1 additional day).
    • Upsell Activation Requirements: Our support & upsell experts will help guide you to activate Zotasell in positions proven to drive the best results (product page, cart, add-to-cart popup, etc.).
      • If you fully follow our recommendations and still see no improvement, we are happy to discuss a refund.
      • If you decide not to follow our recommended setup or optimization best practices, we’ll gladly discuss your refund request together and assess it based on your specific situation.
    • Consideration of AOV Growth by Industry: We fairly evaluate performance based on industry specifics. AOV growth expectations may vary depending on product type and pricing structure.
