How do we calculate the estimated upsell value?

Estimated upsell value is calculated by tracking every order where a Zotasell-powered recommendation was accepted. We look at the incremental revenue added per order — the difference between what was originally in the cart and the final order total — attributable to an accepted upsell or cross-sell. This is reported in your dashboard in real time so you can see the exact AOV lift Zotasell is driving.
